Honoring the life of Ann Wiley Ann M. Wiley was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 29, 1942 at Cook County Hospital to the late Inez Spicer (Stevens). Ann worked at Spiegel’s catalog company in her early years and later settled in a position with the State of Illinois Public Aid Services where she retired after 25 years of service.
She was married to Washington Wiley in 1965, which produced two children, Gina and Michelle. They separated in 2005 but remained friends. She was preceded in death by daughter Michelle Wiley, Mother Inez, Brother John. Ann was the oldest of five children (Barbara, Gwen, Gloria, Robert & John). Ann loved her family and liked to cook for them often. She was a fan of the old movies and listening to the comedies on tape regularly.
Prior to her illness Ann loved to spend time with her sisters and enjoyed the bond that each one of them shared together. Ann loved the Lord and often attended Lighthouse of All Nations Church with her daughter where she was baptized. Ann went home to be with the lord on October 1,2021 leaving to cherish her memory daughter Gina, Sisters Barbara, Gloria, Gwendolyn (James). Granddaughter Christinia and Great grandson Christian and surviving 4 nieces, 5 nephews, great nieces and nephews including a various number of family and friends
