Etta B Johnson

Etta was born Dec 23, 1940 in Wilson, Ark. to Joe Hinton and Willie B. Williams. She confessed her life to Christ at an early age. In 1956 she met and married Ward Johnson to this union 4 children were born Cletis, Clifton, Cynthia, and Eric Johnson.

Etta made her transition into eternal life on Wed Nov 2, 2016 at 8pm. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ward Johnson, son Clifton, and two brothers Edwin and Watson McLaurin.

Etta enjoyed the well being of children. She would always sacrifice so the children had what they needed, her own children as well as nieces, nephews, and neighborhood children. Etta was known as the "best child care provider ever".

Etta leaves to cherish her memories: Three children Cletis Johnson (Norma), Cynthia Craig, and  Eric Johnson (Telisa). Four grandchildren Shameka, Jamila, Tommie and Rufus and two great grandchildren Janiya, and Jason Allen. She leaves many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A mother's "love" begins from the time of the birth of her first child and continues with every child after. When she is gone that "love" is stored in heaven until we meet again. Mom we love you with all our hearts and soul.
