Frederick Demund Blackwell

Frederick D. Blackwell was born on April 9, 1975 to Tammy M. Shurn and Rickey Blackwell. Frederick confessed Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior under the leadership of Pastor Marvin E. Wiley of Rock Of Ages Baptist Church in Maywood IL, on February 25, 2001. Frederick attended and graduated from Roosevelt Junior High School in Bellwood IL and Proviso East High School in Maywood IL. Frederick was employed at Prairie State Graphics where he was an order fulfillment specialist. Frederick was an avid reader and can converse well on several topics he had read. He enjoyed playing chess and had a high passion for cooking as well as eating. He took pleasure in spending time with his family and was looking forward to reuniting with his brother. Frederick leaves to celebrate his life his children Malik, Makiyha, Makhi, Malachi, Jahonise and Aubrianna. His loving parents Mother Tammy M Washington (Henry), Father Rickey (Diane Deceased) Blackwell, His Grand parents Mr &Mrs Fred D. Shurn and Mr & Mrs Melvin Blackwell, His Great Grandmother Addie B. Shurn (102 Years old) and his siblings Rickey (Patty) Blackwell, Ebony Godwin, Denika Tidwell, Crystal (Nathan) Tyson and Mercedes (Lezerik) Braxton. His best friend or as Frederick would say his "Bae", His "Queen" Deshaaron Holmes and a host of Great Aunts, Great Uncles, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
