Thelma L Carter was born in Chicago Heights Illinois. She was the second child of Milton Gray and Lucille Eichelberger,Who precceeded her in death. Thelma joined Church at an early age and had a firm belief in GOD and knew the power of preyer. She departed this life on Sunday, June 19, 2016. She leaves to mourn her passing a loving and devoted son, Wesley Carter, loving daughter-law Charlotte Carter, two grandchildren Wesley Alexander Carter and Alexis Michelle Carter. A special niece she loved like a daughter, Kimberly Gray and a host of nieces, nephews and many loving relatives and friends.
